Centering Indigenous Community Archival Practice

Back in January I was invited to speak at the Office of the Intendent Special Interlocutor national gathering on unmarked burials and Indigenous data sovereignty and community control of knowledge. Unfortunately, I ended up being ill and unable to attend. That being said, I did put together a presentation prior to being sick. You can see my slides and speakers notes here. The presentation focuses on Indigenous community archival practice, with an emphasis on the specific practices of the Shingwauk Residential Schools Centre.
